Stayed 5 nights. The gym is very well equipped. Also has an indoor pool. I really enjoyed the facilities. Room was big, clean and loved the cove lighting for bed time. Super well designed to lit the space just that slight tinge when you are sleeping so that you are able to see your way to the washroom but yet dark enough for a good night's rest. It is beside a mall that has most essentials and a supermarket. It is not as large as other shopping malls but adequate. Also has a myriad of food stalls / restaurants just 1 minute walk away. The housekeeping staff even took the initiative to provide us extra mineral water at night when she delivered a pillow as we did not ask for the room to be cleaned that morning. The counter staff helped us to order food delivery as we did not own a Chinese mobile number.

The location is close to the subway station. The hotel is just next to the famous East Tahoe Plaza, and there are various restaurants and street food vendors around. The front desk staffs are friendly and professional, especially Shirley, she gave us a warm welcome and thoughtful arrangement for the hotel room. Xiao Yan who serves as a host for afternoon tea time area, she made us a delightful tea time. The hotel room clean crew are doing excellent job.

The Kempinski Hotel in Fuzhou is a very comfortable nice stay when travelling around China. It is well located to train station and getting anywhere in Fuzhou is handy enough. It does a good breakfast and freshly cooked omelets which aren’t always available in other hotels. I’ll definitely stay again next time in Fuzhou
